Meet the speaker:

SIBE Alumna Stefanie Lange is a UX Consultant for Finance at Robert Bosch GmbH, where she drives transparency, insight generation, and user-centered solutions in complex corporate environments. In parallel, she founded and coaches an internal coaching pool and works as an independent coach under the brand  Spiegelmomente.
With a background in organizational development and experience leading a Data Analytics team, Stefanie brings a unique cross-functional perspective that combines analytical rigor, systemic thinking, and human-centered coaching.

Her core strength lies in asking the right critical questions and translating complexity into actionable clarity. Through her work, she supports individuals in strengthening their self-efficacy and navigating uncertainty with greater focus, presence, and impact.
