The focus of the program is on combining the topics of digitalization and leadership. Through the self-organized implementation of real digitalization projects in a company, you promote your own personal development. We offer 100% practical relevance<\/strong>. By studying on a real project, practice and theory are directly interlinked in terms of content and time: on the one hand, the course continuously picks up on the development of your company project(s), on the other hand, the recurring SIBE block seminars can be easily integrated into your everyday working life. You will specialize mainly through your Master’s project. Depending on your preferences and the preferences of your partner company, the proportion of face-to-face or live online seminars during your studies can be controlled to a certain extent according to availability.<\/p>\n
