The free INQA company check “Good SMEs – success is no coincidence” was developed by the Offensive Mittelstand (OM) specifically for entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It comprises eleven important fields of action that can be found in every company, from strategy and procurement to innovation. In our research project, we are investigating the operational application of the INQA company check. Among other things, we examine the question of how entrepreneurs work with the check and what measures they derive from it for their business activities. The aim of the research project is to provide impulses for the optimization of this instrument to support SMEs in Germany. SIBE is providing scientific support for the project. The technical infrastructure is provided by KPMG AG Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfungsgesellschaft. The project is funded and supported by the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA), a higher federal authority within the remit of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS).<\/p>\n
