Program structure & international cooperation

Learning by doing real projects.
At the heart of the study format is the implementation of a real corporate project. Theory and practice are closely intertwined: The study contents directly support the development of your project, while the experiences from your daily work actively flow into the courses.

Flexible and job-integrated.
The implementation of your corporate project is optimally complemented by live seminars and digital learning — particularly via the online campus of the American Post University. You can attend selected seminar offerings either in person or online. You set your professional focus through your master's project and selected specializations in change or innovation management. Discover exciting subject areas and deepen your knowledge where your interests lie.

Two universities. One shared vision.
SIBE combines scientific excellence with consistent practical transfer. Together with Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut (USA), an international study program has been created that unites management knowledge, leadership skills, and global perspectives.

Accredited and experienced.
Shaped by experienced business professionals, the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University offers an internationally focused business education with a strong practical orientation. It is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Post University is recognized by the State of Connecticut and accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE).
