Change, transformation, redesign – this is once again the state of the current world. On the outside, we all – societies, organizations, and individuals – must face this dynamic within. On the one hand, to keep pace and not fall behind the world; on the other hand, to be a few steps ahead of the world in order to receive the reward for this advance. To maintain and anticipate this pace, we always need people who do not view the dynamics of the world as a disadvantage but as a mission: people who do not see the world as a challenge but as a task to shape their own – smaller or larger – world, that is, to make a positive difference in the sphere for which they are responsible.
This book shows how change, transformation, and redesign can be approached. It does not contain any ready-made recipes or answers to what should be done. On the one hand, this work describes the ingredients for a successful design of one’s own world. And on the other hand, in the framework of systematically prepared catalogs, many questions are posed in this book that every world designer could and should ask when undertaking concrete design projects.
