Education. Competencies. Values.

The present volume provides a cross-section of the previous contributions to the Stuttgart Competence Days. Each Competence Day focuses on a particular focus; for example, at previous symposia we asked ourselves how competence development is embedded in university curricula and what competence models are applied in companies. In doing so, we have always looked beyond the German borders and asked: What are the others actually doing in the field of competencies? What connects all the previous contributions is the deep need and great satisfaction in speaking about the education of people.
