Leadership, Personality and Education

In times of profound change, the global community faces many unanswered questions. Conventional management offers no future-oriented solutions in current change processes. To address societal challenges, leadership is required from creative individuals; individuals who, through their high competence and performance, drive innovation and contribute value to the community. It is time for the necessary triad of leadership, personality, and education to take hold in public and academic discourse.

This book presents a concept of holistic leadership education that provides valuable guidance for practitioners in companies and organizations. It is part of the post-graduate master’s program „Diploma of Performance and Leadership (DPL)“ of the SIBE, Graduate School of Leadership and Management at the Steinbeis University, which was developed in cooperation with Alma Mater Europaea, the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, and the scientific publisher Springer.
