Global Mobility 2040Plus

The new KPMG Future Study „Global Mobility 2040Plus“ has been published and provides a forward-looking overview of how global developments will shape the international mobility of talent. Published by the KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and scientifically supported by the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the study combines KPMG’s international expertise with scientific rigor.

The SIBE supported the study primarily through its scientific foresight expertise, particularly in structuring the methodological approach and in identifying key signals and drivers of change. These preliminary efforts formed a key foundation for the subsequent analyses and scenario development carried out by KPMG.

The study shows how geopolitical, technological, and labor market-related changes alter existing mobility structures and what strategic options result for organizations from these changes.
