• Shaping the image of the company’s brand worldwide with consumers (B2C) and customers (B2B)

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or a related field 

• Experience (1-3 years) in brand management, marketing, or a related role

• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and a high level of creativity – to think outside of the box

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

• Fluent in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), experience with prototyping tools is a plus (Figma, Adobe XD or similar)

STUDY PROGRAM
Do you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies? With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at the Steinbeis University, you can do both: During your two-year job integrated master’s degree, you will be assigned to companies or organizations and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

SIBE offers different master’s programs (SIBE-Management-Master – M.Sc. in International Management, German-US-Dual-Degree – M.Sc./MBA, SIBE-Digitalization-Master – M.Sc. in Digital Leadership). All programs offer you the opportunities for intensive exchange and networking as well as design options for the seminar mode.
