In Kooperation mit Zeiss bieten wir je nach Ausschreibung unseren Studieninteressierten das German-US-Dual-Degree (M.Sc./MBA) sowie den M.Sc. International Management oder den M.Sc. in Digital Leadership an. Das berufsintegrierte Masterstudium ermöglicht die Kombination aus Berufseinstieg und Weiterbildung in unterschiedlichen Unternehmens- und Fachbereichen. Die monatlichen Seminarphasen vermitteln die dafür notwendige Theorie sowie relevante Methoden und unterstützen die Studierenden beim Transfer der Studieninhalte auf das Praxisprojekt im Unternehmen. Das Masterstudium umfasst überdies eine mehrwöchige Auslandsstudie sowie eine Auswahl an Wahlpflichtfächern, um individuelle Interessen zu vertiefen. ZEISS zahlt Ihnen nicht nur ein Gehalt, sondern übernimmt auch die Studiengebühren sowie anfallende Reisekosten zu den Seminaren. Ihr Vertrag wird über die Dauer des Masterstudiums geschlossen. Der Start des Masterprogramms ist ganzjährig möglich.

TASKS
- Drive initiatives to identify and implement helpful digital tools and inspiring guidelines, supporting teams worldwide in the creation of Live Brand Experiences (Events and Trade shows) for ZEISS
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize and expand the digital landscape of tools and guidelines, to meet their evolving needs and to inspire outstanding live brand experiences for ZEISS

PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in in the field of marketing, business or in a comparable field
- Willingness to pursue a job-integrated Master’s degree
- You have experience in Digital Events / Online Marketing
- You are interested in digital technology and digital experiences
- Optimally you already have experience within virtual event formats of any kind
- You will need project management skills
- Very good English skills (at least C1) and German skills of at least B1

Job-integrated Master: (Junior) PMO & Business Transformation Analyst CRM, ZEISS

YOUR ROLE
The focus of your role is to support the dedicated PMO team working on business transformation projects. This role focuses on the NextGenCRM project, which is about implementing a new CRM platform for our B2B business units and sales and service companies around the world. This initiative is part of the larger ZEISS Key Group Program ‘Shaping Customer Excellence’ which enables the implementation of an important part of the ZEISS corporate strategy.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve E2E Sales & Services processes through process mining, analytics & automation
- Provide business process and data analysis, help to diagnose the current state of the Sales & Services business and identify process inefficiencies and compliance gaps
- Implement end-to-end process analysis and dashboards with process mining tools like Celonis in close collaboration with business and IT experts
- Take over tasks & responsibilities within the scope of the NextGenCRM PMO team which include activities from project initialization and planning, project implementation, project monitoring & controlling through to project completion
- If necessary, consult & support the responsible Roll-In project managers regarding the coordination, control and monitoring of the projects and project members (project performance, budget, deadlines, risks, etc.).
- Act as work package owner or project manager for smaller sub-projects within the larger NextGenCRM project setup
- Help identify opportunities to streamline PMO processes and enhance efficiency, agility and project success rates
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study
- Project management skills
- Agile mindset
- Very good MS 365 skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to develop concepts, structure them and document them in an easy to understand format
- Strong communication skills, organizational strength, integrity and a strong team player
- Ability to think analytically and grasp new and complex topics quickly as well as a hands-on mentality, solution-oriented and pragmatical mindset
- Ability to build networks and enjoy working in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams
- Resilience to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Very good English skills (at least B2-C1), German is a plus
