Our Business Projects are particularly well suited for realizing one or more company-specific projects that are related to immediate business challenges. This may involve, for example, the development and introduction of new or optimized products and services, the identification and entry of new sales markets, the development of new organizational structures, the establishment of new supplier relationships or the optimization of business processes and production methods.

In the course of a two-year master’s degree at SIBE, your employee will independently develop options for action and approaches to solutions that will be directly transferred to your company. Student are supported by a systematic project and competency curriculum. In addition to classic management topics such as market research, strategy and goal development, finance, change and innovation management, the studies also address global issues such as ethics, digital transformation and the future of work.

Our proven Experienced Based Curriculum (EBC) takes one step further than ordinary dual study programs: students are permanently involved in the daily business of your organization for two years. The agile project loops ensure to operationalize the project progress and to design the implementation of a possible solution strategy step by step based on the development of the project phases. As a business mentor, you will have direct influence on the planning, implementation and successful completion of the Business Project from start to finish.
