TASKS

  • Content and organizational supervision of the international face-to-face and online master programs
  • Coordination and organization of SIBE’s international (study) programs in cooperation with renowned partner universities and institutions all around the world
  • Seminar preparation and follow-up incl. monitoring/evaluation and derivation of action required
  • Planning and organization of student events
  • Administrative support for international education projects (e.g. China, Iran, Morocco, Brazil)
  • Your study project will be aligned with department goals and will most likely be located in the area of project and/or quality management

PROFILE

  • Very good English skills both written and spoken (German and French skills are not mandatory, but a plus)
  • Reliable and flexible team player
  • Good presentation and intercultural communication skills

During your two-year job integrated master’s degree, while working full-time in the company, you focus on working on a real project as well as on your personality and competency development. You will directly apply the knowledge you gain in your company’s project since the SIBE follows an Experience Based Curriculum (EBC). You and your peers will constantly reflect on your own development of competencies and surpass yourself! Within your small international studies group, you will constantly interact on our E-Campus, diverse discussion and task formats are waiting for you.

COMPANY
At SIBE (School of International Business and Entrepreneurship) the international department is responsible for various national and international projects, usually executive education or Master’s programs. Mostly, our courses are corporate collaborations. We are the contact persons for project development, for interested parties, students, lecturers, companies and distribution partners. The courses in our field all take place in English.

Student Assistent / Intern (w/m/d)

The Science and Innovation Lab of the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) stands for systematic
knowledge transfer between science and business. As part of the Steinbeis Foundation, we are working with an international
network of around 6,000 experts. You will strengthen the Team Innovation and International Projects and Research in the implementation of
an interdisciplinary, forward-looking project on the topic of energy transition, especially focusing on the field of hydrogen. In addition, you can contribute to other Innovation and International and Research Projects and have the opportunity to use your own creative freedom in a growing
business area.

Your task:

  • Accompanying a study on the production and use of hydrogen based on green electricity
  • Research and preparation of technical key figures
  • Comparison of results and scientific classification in the form of a benefit assessment
  • Preparation of decision papers and presentations
  • Support in the implementation of further customer projects

Your profile:

  • You are currently enrolled in a technical or engineering field of study
  • You have an interest in the topic of alternative energies as well as in innovation topics in a scientific environment
  • You are characterized by fun at work, enthusiasm, dynamism and strong communication skills
  • You have a very good command of English, German is a plus
