74 % of employees say that opportunities for promotion and joint career planning are among the most important factors that ensure a satisfied working relationship. Tie your employees, graduates, bachelor students or interns before someone else gets to it – and work actively on your company’s success!

Through the Experience Based Curriculum SIBE provides you with a cost-neutral personnel development and retention program for your employees. Here they work full time in your company and complete an accredited and state-recognized master’s program, either 100% online or job-integrated. Within the frame of a growth project predefined by you, the students take on responsibility in your company and usually generate an added value of more than 100,000 euros.

In addition to imparting management know-how, individual coaching by project lecturers and an intensive exchange of ideas between fellow students aim for successful execution and implementation of the company projects.

This enables you to retain existing employees in the long term through SIBE’s master’s programs, while at the same time countering the shortage of skilled workers caused by demographic change and the “War for Talents” in the long term.

In addition, depending on the total number of participants in your company, it is possible to arrange separate cooperation agreements and a separate corporate course!
