Graduate School for Leadership & Management
The SCHOOL OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP (SIBE) is the graduate school for leadership and management at Steinbeis University, based in Herrenberg, Germany. It is headed by Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Werner G. Faix and Prof. Dr. Stefanie Kisgen.
With master’s programs since 1994, currently over 300 students, more than 5,300 successful graduates, and over 350 partner companies, SIBE is your expert partner for management and business leadership and thus for innovation, growth, and globalization.
Steinbeis University and the degree programs offered by SIBE are state-recognized. SIBE is a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), underscoring the high quality standards it sets for its own teaching and research in an international context.
Research Interests
Due to the profound changes currently taking place in the world, there is a need for leadership. Leadership enables a courageous journey into a seemingly unpredictable future and prevents people, organizations, or societies from becoming fearfully trapped.
Our research activities focus on the topics of leadership, personality and innovation as well as on those areas of tension that arise from the combination of these topics.
