How did you experience the contact between student and instructor over the course of your online studies?

To me, it was a new experience where I have to contact and communicate with instructors virtually. Usually, I would prefer to contact them in person. However, this program taught me how to become a good online-learner as the whole study program is virtual. Generally, instructors are cooperative toward questions or some difficulties that would be encountered during a course.

How often and how were you in contact? Did you feel well supported?

Actually, I contact instructors when I have something that requires more clarifications regarding the materials or tasks. The frequency of contact is varied where it could be many times, once or twice, or no time. There are different methods to communicate with instructors, e.g., email, discussion board, and Skype. Mostly, Skype is used in order to set up a video call to discuss the progress of my project. Otherwise, email is often used for contacting purposes. The Discussion board mostly is used to publish the students’ posts regarding their project tasks, but it is as well used for individual questions that have been answered by an instructor, which should be seen by all other student. Of course, I remember that most of the time I have been supported with suffice answers. Also, instructors assist us in guiding our project and providing some pieces of advice.

How did the support from your instructor benefit your studies and more specifically the management project? Definitely, instructors play a significant role in e

Definitely, instructors play a significant role in engaging with students as well as discussing the difficulties of project management with every student. They guide us to do the things right and throw a light on the dead spots regarding the project management, e.g., choosing the appropriate analysis tools for the project. In addition, their experience in business and project management helps us to take into account any potential impacts on the development of the project.
