FAQ

Personality Development

Targeted development of personal competencies through the SIBE method

SIBE offers a framework in which people can develop into creative personalities. A creative personality is characterized by the ability to see opportunities with clear-sightedness, to approach them courageously, to think them through carefully, to judge them prudently and responsibly, and to turn them into value-creating realities.

For developing a creative personality, the systematic development of competencies within the framework of the Experience-Based Curriculum of SIBE is an essential element. The students work on (entrepreneurial) projects and thus develop their competencies.

This allows for an ideal assessment of potential upon completion of the master’s program at SIBE by:

  • Measurable project benefits
  • work in the company
  • Competency profile
  • Study results

John Erpenbeck, Professor of Competency Management at SIBE

“Competencies are abilities that enable acting self-organized. Therefore, they are self-organization dispositions. Acting develops into self-organized acting through open problem situations, in complex, often chaotic systems, where creative solutions are needed.”
