In 2020, the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) at Steinbeis University, in cooperation with TMG Consultants GmbH, will offer the “Digitalization Manager” certificate course for the first time.
The content of the program focuses on a holistic approach to the trend of digitalization with regard to activities and processes in companies. Starting with the creation of an awareness of the importance of digitization in companies, through the recording of the status quo of one’s own company in the digital transformation, central techniques and principles for the creation of a digitization roadmap are taught. Building on this, the focus can be placed on tools and methods for the development of product, service or business model innovations.
The cooperation program consists of three modules “Digitization Manager-Basic”, “Digitization Manager-Expert” and “Digitization Manager-Trainer”. The modules extend over the course of two to a maximum of three days each. Interested parties have the option of participating in individual modules or booking the entire program.
The various sections of the certificate course are aimed at executives and project managers who want to drive forward the digital transformation in their company, as well as at specialists and project staff who are or will be involved in digitization initiatives. For more information, see:
